All of this is from an idea of a world where everything is alive in the wrong way. Nothing is safe. Trees, grass, rocks, hills, and mountains could be limbs, teeth, mouths, or individual monsters and giants. How would a normal human react to being dropped into a place like this? This is also in context of the chosen media being a video game.
